GEVA is looking for nominations for the following director's position: you could nominate yourself or someone else.

• Men’s AA/A Elected Director (Incumbent – Justin Beaumont). One Director shall be elected from the membership of; and by vote of the adult teams that compete in the men’s AA/A levels.
• Women’s AA/A Elected Director (Incumbent – Vacant). One Director shall be elected from the membership of; and by vote of the adult teams that compete in the women’s AA/A levels.
• Men’s BB Elected Director (Incumbent – Vacant). One Director shall be elected from the membership of; and by vote of the adult teams that compete in the men’s AA/A levels.

Each of the Director positions shall be elected to a three-year term, taking their seats on the Board at the annual Board meeting August 9th, 2020.

Qualifications for Directors:

1. Directors must be at least 21 years of age.
2. Regular members of GEVA in good standing for at least one year prior to their election
3. Members of USAV in good standing for three years prior to their election.
4. Directors must maintain their GEVA and USAV memberships in good standing for the duration of their terms.
5. Each Director elected by members must be a member associated with the group he or she is representing. (i.e. Long Island area member, NYC area member, Men’s AA/A member, Women’s AA/A member)

Nominations for the open positions will be accepted by emailing the Commissioner (commissioner@geva.org) and the Nominations Committee (nominations@geva.org).

Nominations will be accepted for these positions until 11:59 PM on Thursday April 30th, 2020
