The tools necessary to have become a Junior Player R-2 for the 2009 Season are still available on-line.
1. Download and read the Referee Certification Requirements (.pdf).
2. Attend a MANDATORY in-person clinic. (See your Club Directior).
3. Visit a Supplementary On-line Clinic
