The GEVA hosted junior girls' tournaments are filling quickly.  If you haven't yet entered (via Advanced Event Systems) and paid, you should do so ASAP or risk not getting into the tournaments of your choice.  While some events have already filled and others are near capacity, there are still plenty of tournaments with space available, on a first paid basis.

A few notes that will make the process flow more smoothly:

1. If at all possible, pay using Google Checkout. It allows the tournament director to only charge you for those teams that are accepted into an event.
2. If you pay online using Google Checkout, then you don't need to mail in a tournament entry form.
3. Don't mail in rosters - you will need to bring them on the day of the tournament.
4. Try to include separate payment for each team that is entering events that are near capacity.  That will save having to reissue checks to pay for only those teams that are accepted.
5. Don't manually type in player and coaches data into AES. Use the "USAV Data Import" link.  The username and passwrd that it requests are your club director credentials for WebPoint.
6. You aren't required to build rostes in AES for GEVA tournaments (you may need to for other events, such as North East Qualifier).  We only require a verified coach with background screen and IMPACT.
7. You WILL bre required to bring a Webpoint generated roster to EACH GEVA sanctioned tournament.  If your team shows up without a roster, they will not be able to play.  No exceptions.

We have added 3 pools of 15 Open on 2/27, at Center Moriches High School.  Teams will be accepted based on receipt of paid entries.

We needs courts on the following dates (3 courts minimum)

1. Sunday, 1/23 (16 Club #1)
2. Saturday, 2/5 (15 Open #1)
3. Sunday, 2/13 (17 Club #1)
4. Sunday, 3/20 (16 Open #2)
