All of coaches and players need to register in USA Volleyball’s Webpoint registration system.

Enter tournaments using Advanced Event Systems. You will be able to filter for GEVA tournaments, then by age.

1) Send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to get your club established in WebPoint – more details in this article.

2) Have all of your coaches and players register in WebPoint – details at http://geva.org/registration.

a. Make sure that your coaches and players have PAID memberships.

b. Coaches must be background screened and IMPACT certified.

c. They need to select your club so that you have access to their record.

3) Login to WebPoint using your club director account (from item 1 above) and create your teams and populate the team rosters.

a. Make sure that your coaches have printed copies of their WebPoint roster. They’ll need to present one to the Site Director at each GEVA tournament.

4) Login to Advanced Event Systems (http://advancedeventsystems.com) with the account used to manage your club (please DO NOT create a new one if you have had one in the past – it will only lead to complications).

5) Click on the “USAV Data Import” button in the left menu.

a. Use your WebPoint club director credentials when asked for a UserName and Password.

b. This will import your *VERIFIED* players and coaches into AES.

c. Create your teams and add at least one coach to each team roster – GEVA does not require that you add players to the roster here, as we use the WebPoint rosters, but some events may require this, such as NorthEast Qualifier.

6) Use AES to enter teams into GEVA tournaments – “Enter Event” from the left menu and filter on "GEVA" tournaments.

a. After entering teams, either use online Google Checkout to pay, or print the Tournament Entry Form and mail in payment to the appropriate Tournament Director.

b. Periodically use the “My Events” link and then click on “My Teams” for each event to check your status in the “Accepted” column.

i. Yes means you are in the tournament.

ii. No means that the tournament was full and you did not get in – you might be on a waiting list.

iii. Pending means that the Tournament Director hasn’t processed all tournament entries, yet.
