2008 GEVA Girls High Performance Program

Pre–Tryout Evaluations (PTE)

 

We will be holding Pre-Tryout Evaluations for both GEVA Region Girls National Select (Girls born in or after 1994) and Girls National Future Select (Girls born in or after 1996) High Performance (HP) age groups on February 23, March 14, and April 18, 2008. This is a great opportunity for the athletes and parents to meet the GEVA HP Coaches as well as for the athletes to receive 3 hours of USAV/GEVA High Performance Development Pipeline skill training from some of the best coaches in the GEVA Region. You can attend 1, 2 or all 3 sessions!

 

There are two ways to Sign-up:  (Please make any checks payable to GEVA)

 

Online Sign-up (preferred):      l Complete and submit this form online (see Online Sign-up below)

l Complete a USAV Medical History and Release form and bring it with you to the site (click here for form)

                                                            l Pay $25 Pre-tryout evaluation fee on site

 

Walk-in Sign-up:                   Ÿ Print out this form, complete it, and bring it with you to the site

Ÿ Complete a USAV Medical History and Release form and bring it with you to the site

                                                Ÿ Pay $25 Pre-tryout evaluation fee on site

 

Note: Non-USAV members must register with USA Volleyball through GEVA at http://www.geva.org/reg  Then complete this Sign-up form ,complete the USAV Medical History and Release form, and bring both forms to the Pre-tryout evaluation site along with the $25 Pre-tryout evaluation fee.

o  New date and time: Saturday, April 19, 2008 at HPVBA, Lakewood, NJ (10:00am – 1:00pm)

Athlete check-in and individual warm-ups will be from 9:30 - 10:00am.
