Absolutely. You are encouraged to do so. The test is a
learning opportunity as well as a measure of your rules
knowledge. If you are not sure about an
answer and you guess wrong, you will have to look the rule up to
correct your test anyway.
}What if I don’t have
a rule book?
Rule books will be distributed at the onsite clinics.
