NORTH SHORE, WOMEN’S, TEAL-QUILA

Salt Lake City is probably one of the last places that a group of 7 girls living in the Tri-State area, would pack up and choose to vacation. But when we heard that's where the Adult National Volleyball championships were going to be located, Utah soon became our destination for Memorial Day weekend 2012!
Although a few of us have competed at past Adult National Championships, this was the ‘Teal-Quila’ team debut! We came out strong with an undefeated record in pool play and then advanced directly into the Gold Bracket! But our final four hopes fell short, due to an unexpected circumstance. And we had to play ‘iron man’ style in playoffs with only 6 players. We had higher goals for ourselves, but we had a blast and we are proud to say that we went out fighting!
‘Teal-Quila’ is excited to redeem ourselves in 2013!
