EVERYONE SHOULD NOW HAVE ACCESS TO THE INTERNET SO PLEASE REGISTER ONLINE THROUGH WEBPOINT. 

If you used the process below please go back in and register to pay by credit card. Then inform your club director so that he can accept you onto your team. GEVA will not process these paper applications.  Club Directors will destroy application and check when registration is confirmed

For those players and clubs in areas that still do not have power and are still planning on having tryouts we need to make sure all players are registered with USAV, Since it may be difficult to register on webpoint please follow the process below.

Print out the USAV paper registration and waiver  forms below for players to fill out at tryouts

Make sure parents sign the forms and fill it out at every tryout

Please bring a check for $55 to your first tryout.

Once you get back online everyone must re-register and pay on webpoint to be eligible to be placed on a roster,  Club directors will then destroy the checks and paper registration. Paper registrations will not be sent in for processing

Of course if you have access to the internet please use webpoint to register and bring confirmation to ypur tryouts
