1. Login as the club director in the WebPoint registration system.
2. Select "Club Mgmt" from the left menu.
3. Select the team where the player or coach is currently assigned.
4. Click on the "Players" tab.
5. If a player, remove them from that roster (a junior player may only be on one roster at a time, a coach may be on multiple teams).
6. Select the new team and Players tab.
7. Use the "Add Club Member to Team" link to add players and coaches to the roster.

Adult tournament don't use Advanced Event Systems for tournament registrations. To register a juniors team for an adult tournament, you need to use the “Out of Region Teams” feature of the Adults tournament management system.

2. Go to http://reg.geva1.org
3. Click on the “Out of Region Teams” button - Junior teams are treated like an out of region adult team.
4. Click on “New ORT Users click here first to Register”.
5. It is strongly suggested that you use the name of the team as the user name.
6. Create a new ADULT team of the same gender as the junior team, and name it the same as the junior team.
7. The only tricky part is in creating a valid adult team registration number in the system. Follow the detailed code description in the PDF linked above or that provided on the page where you enter the code.
8. After creating the team you must enter the contact information and then you will be able to enter your junior teams into adult tournaments.

Make sure to remember the user name and password so that you can login again later to check your tournament status and/or enter other events. Also note that you must use a separate user name and password for each team.

Have the club director email a Word, PDF, or most any other commod document format to Joel Stanford, the GEVA Junior Competition Director. He'll convert the document to a PDF and post it to http://geva.org/juniors/club-tryouts. Posting of your club's information is the sanction to run the tryouts.

All Junior team names must meet the following guidelines:

• The name must start with a unique club identifier - either all or part of the club name, or a unique abbreviation that closely ties to the club name.
• The registered age level of the team must be part of the team name.
• Optionally, you may include other words to uniquely identify teams.
